Return Policy
We accept exchanges or credit store, for items damaged in transit. The items need to be in their original packaging, and unused.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or credit store, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your product at to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us in its original packaging and unused. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a new product, if available. If a replacement is not available we will give you a full credit to purchase another item.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or used items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and return your item to us.

If you want to cancel your order right after placing it, or during the process of preparing your order, and we haven’t sent it yet, a fee of $25.- will be charged as the credit card companies always charge this fee.
If you cancel your order and we already sent it (i.e. we have the tracking number or the tracking number has been sent) we won’t be able to cancel the order, we will need to treat is as an exchange.
In the event that the order gets lost, we can proceed with a refund, but please note that a fee of $19.- will be charged as the credit card companies always charge this fee for lost orders.

To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Boutique Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Boutique-Luxury will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
